"I believe the future of commerce is being rewritten by AI, and my mission is to help leaders navigate what's next. To understand my background and journey, here is a bit more about me:"

Paul F. Accornero Author and C-Suit leader whose work focuses on the systemic impact of artificial intelligence on commerce, leadership, and society. He provides leaders with new frameworks to navigate the disruption of the agentic age.

Paul F. Accornero is an author whose work focuses on the systemic impact of artificial intelligence on commerce, leadership, and society. His research provides leaders with new frameworks to navigate the disruption of the agentic age.

His foundational commercial work is built on the thesis of "The Shopper Schism" (The Great Decoupling). He argues that the rise of the autonomous, non-human "Algorithmic Shopper" represents the most significant and irreversible schism in the history of commerce. This shift renders the traditional playbooks of marketing and sales obsolete, demanding a new science of machine optimization over the old art of human persuasion. His work provides the strategic roadmap for brands to be chosen in a world where their most valuable new customer is a machine.

In a second, parallel stream of research, Paul confronts the profound philosophical questions raised by AI. He argues that our quest to understand machine intelligence has been constrained by a set of "flawed maps" inherited from centuries of human-centric philosophy. His work proposes we discard these old maps and provides a new, pragmatic lens for understanding the minds we are co-creating—one rooted not in metaphysics, but in the observable, dynamic relationship between us and the machine.

This is The AI Praxis: a discipline that bridges the gap between high-level theory and actionable C-suite strategy. It is dedicated to moving beyond confusion and hype to a state of clear-eyed, responsible leadership.

Paul’s ongoing research is the subject of two forthcoming books: The Algorithmic Shopper (working title), which details the new playbook for the agentic age of commerce, and The Electric Soul (working title), which provides a user's guide to the minds we are making.
